Whew! Here we are back again after a somewhat whirlwind trip (we'd do it again in a New York minute). We had the extreme pleasure of joining in the festivities of a beautiful wedding just last weekend, and hope to give you a few shots to look at, after we go through the 700+ pictures that we took. But, you'll have to be content with off-the-cuff poses most of the time, as we were completely having way too much fun to stop and smile!
So, we think it's high-time to celebrate. Anything and everything. Be it a beautiful wedding, good friends, the New Year, or a new piece of fabric. That's where we come in. We've already talked about how much we adore Tanya and were itching to get our hands on her book, and right before we hopped in the car to leave on our trip what do you think showed up on our doorstep? You guessed it. Not just one, but several copies of her lovely book. We want to share one with one of you. Sound good?? Read on, friends!
It also seemed fitting to throw in an adorable fat quarter stack of Tanya's latest fabric collection, Sugar Hill. (If you want to celebrate something extra hard, Sugar Hill's 25% off starting tomorrow until January 13th!)

I would love to win this! My favorite Christmas memory is of waiting for my grandparents to arrive, and the tins of homemade candy that my grandmother would bring.

Last year, just before Christmas we found out that we were going to get to adopt our two foster daughters. It was hands-down the best Christmas present I'll ever get.

Would love to enter. I remember cooking for days before with my mom. She would let me taste test as much as I wanted :)

My favorite Christmas memory is this year. We moved back home to Indiana after 18 months in Texas. Just being surrounded by everyone that we love again-- all celebrating Jesus' birth together-- that was the very best Christmas ever.

A favourite Christmas memory is as a child waiting to hear "Santa" stuff our stockings. We hung our stockings on the door knobs of our bedroom doors and we would eagerly await Santa's arrival after we were tucked in bed.

My little girls helping me with anything and everything - my dominant hand was in a splint. It was so sweet!
And my littlest being confused by the change of order @ church Christmas eve and asking if it was over yet - it just struck my funny bone!

Several years ago we invited a few families over to celebrate the coming of the New Year. We sang songs, played instruments, ate, talked, ate some more. It was a wonderful time together with friends.
