Some make us laugh, some make us cry, and some just make us feel warm and fuzzy. What are your favorites?
xo, the Long ladies
We are a mother and four daughters. Working together is our specialty. And we make things.
You are all so darling! I love A Charlie Brown Christmas. Music would be Jars of Clay's version of I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day and Hallelujah. Both make me grateful for the gift of grace through my faith in Jesus and I just SOB when I hear them!

Oh, I love Christmas in Connecticut! :) I'm listening to an Andy Williams CD right now, too.
Fun!

White Christmas is a good one! Holiday inn is another one of our favorites, Christmas in Connecticut, as well as The Nativity (and other's I can't think of right now I'm sure). :)
Emily, Just wanted say I LOVE shop around the corner too! ;D
I'd be interested to know what you all are baking/will be baking. ;) Hehe! What goodies are your family favorites? :D I haven't started the actual baking yet, but I made up batches of dough and put them in the freezer ready to go for next week. :) I've got a whole slew of goodies ready to go! ;)
Merry Christ-mas dears!

I always have to watch "A Christmas Carol" with George C. Scott. That's my biggie. I also like to watch "My Man Godfrey" with Carole Lombard, but that's a New Year's film. It's great!
Have you ever seen "Love Affair" with Irene Dunne and Charles Boyer? It's the original of "An Affair to Remember", and I really love that one. It's not as sophisticated as the remake, but it's a lovely movie. (Just don't watch the one with Warren Beatty - it's terrible!) :)
